Ireland explores Participatory Budgeting
After the adoption of participatory budgeting in major cities including NYC, Madrid and Paris, it is now Cork's turn to test the grassroots democratic program. The scheme called the Unheard Voices Scheme will be the first participatory budgeting scheme in Ireland.
